Hi,silight,
I admire you for your diligence.You said you do well at reading and writing,
now you are trying to improve your oral English.English level in Shanghai is
higher than any other city in China,so I think the English environment there is better.
At the same time the competition is sharp.
Communication is necessary for speaking English,You can try to talk to Seeker who
stays in the US now. He is so friendly,he introduced an American penpal for me ,I learn a lot from them.
