12 x 50y free swim focusing on breathing pattern
------ breathe as early as possible, the goal is to see the opposite arm starting the pull when head rotated back after breathing
------ 1-4 on 1’, 5-8 on 50”, 9-12 on 40”
200y free, build up and focus on early breathing
Main set:
------ 10 x 100y all out sprint, with fins
------ intervals are 2’, 3’, 4’, 5’, 6’, 6’, 5’, 4’, 3’, 2’
------ some easy swim during long intervals (I did 500y total)
------ monitor the heart rate. Mine was at 170-180.
Warm down till heart rate down to 100. I did 300y total.
