俺刚刚看到这么好的教学篇――俺的理解是整个过程教练强调了一件事情,保持高肘。入水时、划水时、和恢复(移臂)时。其中入水高肘主要为了可以用力前伸,划水高肘和自由泳一样,恢复时的高肘是为了更加有力的回弹手臂(我试了一下,这样会大大提高回臂的速度――而且是加速回臂)。对俺来说,这是收获最大的地方。因为俺平时在回臂的时候没有做这个提肘(和立正挺胸、向后拉肩动作查不多),因此回臂一直没有找到加速的感觉。

这个教练不是native english speaker,听起来有些吃力,而且句子不甚标准,但不妨碍理解意思,所以原样照记,有个把词实在听不出来,就放那儿了,反正不怎么碍事,谁能补上就最好了。
