4.9 Nancheng: 200M warmup, 1KM leg kicks, 300M rush and relax
4.10 Nancheng: 300M warmup, 1.2KM leg kicks, 200M rush
4.11 Daojiao: 200M warm up, 1km leg kicks, 100M rush
4.12 Daojiao: 200M warm up, 1KM leg kicks of 3 styles, 100M rush. (tried DK's adive while doing dolphin kicks: hear enters water before hand and body core tries to form a bend full. ----needa keep searching for the right sense.)
4. 13Daojiao: 1KM leg kicks of 3 styles; 100M rush.------to find the body wave! keep it up, son!!
4.16 Daojiao: 200M warmup; 1km leg kicks, 100M rush
4.17 Daojiao: 200M warmup, 900M leg kicks, 100m rush
4.18 Daojiao: 200M warmup, 1000M leg kicks, 100m rush
4. 20 Daojiao: 200M warmup, 1000M leg kicks, 100M rush
