2.23 Nancheng: 1.1KM freeestyle, 200Mbreaststroke, 100M leg kicks
2.25 Nancheng:1.2KM freestyle, 300M breaststroke, 150M leg kicks
2.27 Dongjiang: 38Mins of freestyle and breaststroke
2.28 Daojiao: 1.3KM freestyle
3.1 Daojiao: 1KM freestyle
3.2 Daojiao: 1.6KM freestyle and 300M leg kicks
3.3 Daojao: 1.6KM freestyle and 100M leg kicks,time limited, hush for night shift, go!
3.5 Nancheng: 1K freestyle,200M breaststroke and several hundred meters legs kicks of all types.
3.7 Nancheng: 1.5KM freestyle of bileteral breathing, at 1.3KM right leg felt like havign a crump. Damn it, dt know what the hell has happened. Timing: 29'41.
3.10 Dongjiang: 25Mins. water degree: 17dgrees celcius
Comments:Gotta try to make the trainning systematic. What about this way? 1.3--1.5KM freestyle,+800--1000M leg kicks+300M breaststroke=2.6KM per day. |
